Vanilla pod Bourbon Madagascar
Quality TK 14 – 16cm
Positioned between “gourmet” (or culinary) grade vanilla and “red” (extraction-grade) vanilla, TK grade vanilla may exhibit fine red marbling on some pods.
Less moist and oily than the gourmet grade, TK vanilla offers the advantage of providing more pods per unit of weight; it is therefore more economical and boasts excellent shelf life.
Its aromatic characteristics are similar to those of gourmet vanilla.
