Ingredients for 4 people

1L Whole Milk
200g round dessert rice
50 g Powdered sugar
1 Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Pods

Preparation

Heat the milk with the split Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod.
When it simmers, add the rice and sugar.
Leave to heat over a very low heat for 40min.

Presentation

Present in bowls.
Enjoy warm or cold.
