Ingredients for 4 people
- 1L Whole Milk
- 200g round dessert rice
- 50 g caster sugar
- 1 Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean
Preparation
- Heat the milk with the split Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod.
- When it simmers, add the rice and sugar.
- Leave to heat over a very low heat for 40min.
Presentation
- Present in bowls.
- Enjoy warm or cold.
